One of the most important things this class is about is what’s called Beginner’s Mind. It means showing up open, curious, and without pressure to already know anything. That’s perfect here, because this class is truly for beginners. Today we’re just learning the basic yoga poses but on a pagddleboard. And maybe some breathing, maybe some balance, but definitely also some laughter. Nothing advanced, nothing to prove. The goal is to get comfortable, build confidence, and have fun. Beginner’s Mind reminds us that every wobble, every adjustment, and every new pose is part of learning. You don’t have to be good at it—you just have to be willing to begin. Lance, 200 RYT will be your teacher.

Out here, being a beginner isn’t a disadvantage—it’s the whole point.

    Truly an Amazing Experience!

    I was nervous taking Paddle board yoga for the first time but I needn’t have been! I found it to be a peaceful and empowering experience.
    Our instructor, Kelly Prochazkaor was positive, encouraging and made everyone feel comfortable. I loved how it combined strength, flexibility, and serenity all in one session. It was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and I left feeling refreshed, centered, and totally energized.

    Highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something new and uplifting! Although the intent of this class is yoga it is also a great, non threatening environment for someone’s first experience on a paddle board!
